SCP-9641 is housed in a three-room cell consisting of a bathroom, a small garden equipped with a meditation area, and musical instruments such as a violin and a lute, along with a bedroom furnished according to its preference. The subject is allowed free movement outside of its quarters within the facility as he was given E-Class privileges, provided Psi-7 security is notified in advance. The subject has 24-hour access to the Grand Mess Hall and the chapel. SCP-9641 may leave the underground facility for a duration specified by the Site Director, under the supervision of Assistant Director of Security Theodore Anderson, with a tracking device affixed to its left ankle.

Description:
SCP-9641 resembles a 24-year-old male of East Slavic origin, standing at 238 cm (7 '10”) tall and weighing 94 kg (207.23 lbs). Its hair is usually a grey-black mix, though it has exhibited various color patterns. It possesses two antlers resembling a stag’s crown atop its head and has black-red eyes. Its arms, legs, and a section of skin along the spine are composed of an unidentified dark material through which no blood flow or muscular structure is detectable. SCP-9641 draws little attention to this anomaly but appears capable of altering these body parts at will. When questioned, it affirms that “it has always been this way,” though it sometimes refers to them as prosthetics.
The subject has wings made of the same material as its limbs, connected directly to the spine as confirmed via X-ray. These wings have a span of 8.7 m (342.5 in) and a length of 1.1 m (43.3 in), but are typically retracted or absent entirely when not in use or during meditation. Red occult runes are present on the subject’s left arm, extending to the shoulder. These may be connected to the Daevite race; however, communication attempts regarding this topic have been unsuccessful, often resulting in the subject changing the topic.
SCP-9641 prefers wearing long grey sweatpants, a synthetic fiber shirt (black or white), sandals, and a white lab coat bearing its name. The subject shows little interest in food but is observed eating at the cafeteria once weekly. It favors pure crystal-clear water and meat exclusively, claiming no dietary need for fruits or vegetables.
SCP-9641 introduces itself as “Hansel,” often prefacing the name with “Lord” or “Duke” in new social interactions. It speaks calmly and politely, frequently using self-deprecating or situational humor. Its speech blends old Biblical and courtly archaic forms. SCP-9641 possesses vast knowledge of art, literature, history, and natural sciences, with exceptional expertise in occult subjects and unexplained awareness of Foundation internal structure, despite no record of such briefings.
Though intelligence tests yield poor results, the subject is suspected of deliberately answering incorrectly. When asked, it blames laziness or long-term isolation, neither explanation deemed fully credible.
The only anomalous ability observed thus far is SCP-9641’s capacity to reshape parts of its body into various forms or objects, most commonly: a scythe, lance, hook, spoon, fork, spikes, eyes, and a mouth filled with functional teeth and tongue. It also demonstrates superhuman strength, speed, durability, and reflexes, though it appears to conceal these traits deliberately. No other anomalous properties have yet been identified. Testing is ongoing.

SCP-9641 was located in 2004 by MTF Lota-10, with assistance from Czech and Polish authorities, following reports of its presence in the Karkonosze National Park (Poland and Czechia). After successful mediation with the entity, Foundation agents transferred it to Site-77. The subject had drawn attention due to local media coverage in Poland and sightings reported by Site-120 personnel.
