Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-9641 is contained in a three-room cell composed of a bathroom, a small garden space designed for meditation, and a bedroom furnished to the subject’s preferences. The room includes musical instruments such as a violin and a lute. SCP-9641 may only leave its containment area with approval from the lead researcher and must be under continuous observation while outside its quarters. The containment cell must remain sealed during the subject’s absence and guarded by two security personnel at all times.
SCP-9641 is currently housed at Site-77.

Description:
SCP-9641 appears to be a male of East Slavic descent, approximately 24 years old, 238 cm (7 '10) in height, and weighing 94 kg (207.23 lbs). It typically has grey-black hair, though this coloration can vary. The subject has two antler-like horns resembling a stag's crown and black-red eyes.

A dark material previously comprising SCP-9641’s arms, legs, wings, and a spinal layer of skin disappears after 6 hours and 47 minutes during nighttime, revealing smooth human skin. Although SCP-9641 shows no concern about this phenomenon, tests indicate he can consciously control whether his limbs are composed of this material.

The wings once present on subject back have completely vanished, and there has been no recorded reappearance. The subject bears occult runes on his left arm extending to his shoulder. SCP-9641’s clothing preferences remain unchanged.

A drastic behavioral shift has been observed in SCP-9641. It no longer initiates dialogue with staff or entertains MTF Psi-7 personnel with stories, as it once did. Its previous demeanor appears only during interviews and in the presence of Dr. Aurora, the subject former ward, and Theodore Anderson.

The subject’s speech has slowed notably compared to earlier behavior. He has exhibited verbally aggressive tendencies perceived as threatening by listeners. This demeanor tends to coincide with instances of ocular bleeding. When questioned about this, SCP-9641 remains silent and has repeatedly expressed annoyance at inquiries from research personnel.

SCP-9641 has not displayed any new anomalous abilities. However, due to the subject's sudden behavioral changes and increased non-cooperation, continuous observation has been ordered until a stable psychological state can be verified.
