Artist rendition of SCP-8000 -1, -2, and -3 with unknown person
Item #: SCP-8000
Object Class: Thaumiel
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8000 is to be contained in a locked room 10 x 10 meters located on D-Block | Site-45. There is to only be one entry and exit to the containment chamber and no unauthorized figures may approach the containment area. Constant ventilation and an airtight steel door should be installed for the safety of individuals outside the containment room. SCP-8000 should not be open for any longer than ten (10) minutes in the span of twelve (12) hours as gasses may congest and thicken leading it to be unable to be filtered through ventilation. Tests and research is authorized to only LvL4 personnel or higher but can be conducted and supervised by LvL3 personnel. During testing, a maximum of two (2) D-Class subjects are allowed inside of SCP-8000’s chamber.
There is currently no specific containment chamber containing SCP-8000-1 , -2, -,3 instances unless change of behavior from any of the current instance(s). Their living quarters are to be on B-Block on Site-45 with proper access to hygiene, sleeping chambers, and nourishment. SCP-8000 instances are not to be given access to any additional blocks located at Site-45, especially D-Block. Any unauthorized access to additional blocks are to be immediately punished by all involved. In the event any SCP-8000-1, -2, -3 instance pinpoints the location of SCP-8000, all non-security personnel should evacuate to Evacuation Zone A at Checkpoint Garradin or Evacuation Zone B located on the oil rig. Under no circumstances are civilians or non-security staff allowed to interact with SCP-8000-1, -2, -3 in any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to: Oral communication, direct eye contact, physical interaction, aggressive body language, and/or other. SCP-8000-1, -2, -3 instance routes have been designated and are to be avoided. Individuals believed to have personal interactions with any SCP-8000 instance are to be contained, quarantined, and processed at Site-45.
Any tasks assigned to “The Three Musketeers'' are to be assigned by only the Site Director or 05 Council. Currently, available missions include retrieving targets of interest that connect to “Life’s Lemons” factories. Under no circumstances should any individual perform tests with SCP-8000 or its instances without high level authorization due to Incident LHG-2. If there is any change in behavior such as: incidents start to increase, number of deaths or injuries, disappearances, or other, the Site Director of Site-45 should contact the 05 Council and request them to be contained on Site-88 with separate chambers.
Description: In July of 1944, SCP-8000 was found in Paris, France when Agent ███████ was informed of multiple reports of green thick mist in the atmosphere with hundreds infected with “zombified” conditions. These cases were mainly reported in France and also neighboring the country of Germany. Mobile Task Force “Red Herrings” were dispatched and declared it to the public as a German Chemical Attack while civilians were evacuated out of the area. ER searched the area for the source, quickly and silently retrieving SCP-8000 with minor casualties.
SCP-8000 is a small black disk-like object that has the same width and length of a regular CD, although height difference is measured at thirty five (35) inches. When opened through a lock on the top of the container, SCP-8000-4, a continuous green mist, will quickly reach speeds of ten (10) miles per hour. The gas can penetrate certain protective gear such as Foundation issued chemical suits and masks. If SCP-8000-4 enters a life form, the subject will slowly start to convulse and their skin will turn the colors red, purple, green, then gray. During this, the subject, now designated SCP-8000-4-A, will push out the absorbed SCP-8000-4 as well as its liquidated organs and fluids out of its skin and/or body openings (MIS-1). After 24 hours, most subjects expire from pain and trauma.
Flipping SCP-8000 on its bottom, a locking mechanism, once opened, reveals a large illuminating hollowed out cylinder as well as a switch labeled “Kill Switch”. Inside the cylinder contains at maximum fifteen vials (with three missing) with a mutant Genome sequence that when further analyzed can turn a human life form into an SCP-8000 instance. If given to a non-human life form they would scream and claw at themselves until they die by severe psychological trauma and hysteria found in most subjects. The vials have not been given to any human subject due to the potential risk of creating another SCP-8000 instance.
Beneath the vials was a company name labeled very faintly on the inside of SCP-8000 called Life’s Lemons. During investigation, Life’s Lemons was labeled as an abandoned pharmaceutical company that was charged with illegal drug testing on human subjects with the addition of testing chemical and bioweapons for their anonymous clients. When searching the identified factory, no traces of life or equipment were left. Nearby were skid marks of large vehicles which (FIX THIS) . Life’s Lemons is responsible for the manufacturing of SCP-8000 and seems to have put at least one SCP-8000 in the world for testing which is currently in Foundation custody.
SCP-8000 1-3 is a group of three enhanced individuals that are highly specialized in any combat. The 05 Council has authorized them to work as an unofficial Mobile Task Force, Zeta-2 “The Three Musketeers”, is the main guardian unit assigned to monitor and utilize SCP-8000 1-3 instances:
SCP-8000-1 is a caucasian male measuring at 1.82 meters and weighing at 87 kg. SCP-8000-1 always changes his description or sense of style with times growing out his facial hair or going completely bald. SCP-8000-1 usually has a short Van Dyke beard, a short nose and ears, and ocean blue eyes. His personality is quite cheerful and more humorous when comparing him to the rest of his group. His age ranges between 30-35 with no signs of wrinkles or further aging. His abilities are more specialized in traps and ambushes than up-front combat and would rather use long distance weaponry if needed. Furthermore, to unaided hearing, it appears that -1 makes no audible noise. Unknown if this is purposeful or can be controlled. Additional info below.
SCP-8000-2 is an African American male measuring at 1.9 meters and weighing at 94.8 kg. He has no visible scalp or facial hair but a distinguishable burn on his right cheek and a small scar on his right eye. He has a large nose and has golden eyes. SCP-8000-2 seems to be the leader of the group with both instances following him and responding to his orders. -2 has the ability to track heat signatures through walls up to an estimated 48m (in width) and specialized in throwing melee weapons such as knives, axes, and other. Additional info below.
SCP-8000-3 is a white female measuring at 1.66 meters and weighing at 70.3 kg. Her age ranges between 24-30, but ultimately depends on the subject viewing -3. Her personality is kind and upfront with her face featuring its own personal beauty to those that make direct eye contact with her (this includes those not interested in her sex). She can change her hair color and some features to what her victims find pleasure in, giving the ability to seduce subjects into giving her information or luring them into a trap. Additional info below.
- Highly specialized in any combat mostly hand to hand combat and firearms
- Foundation Firearms do little to no physical damage to SCP-8000-1 to -3 skin
- 15 SWR strength
- Healing is twenty six (26) times the speed of a regular human being (Minor cuts heal in less than 2 hours).
Addendum MIS-1
Note: SCP-8000 was put in Observation Chamber 3 on Cell Block B with D-Class [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-8000 instances 1-3 were on a mission to secure a fake tip made by the 05 Council on another possible "Lifes Lemons" Factory. D-Class [REDACTED] was found to be deceased later at 16:21. Autopsy showed no open wounds but heavy strains of pain in the lungs including high amounts of sudden blood loss. Test suffered two casualties.

Researcher ████: Testing 123…alright, it's working. I'm here with Dr. Michael and Secuirty Officer Johnson for Experiment….ah what is it again?
Dr. Michael: the distance// Experiment 5!
Researcher ████: Ah…right.
… … …
//D Class subject hesitates, but slowly makes his way towards the object, glaring through the window to the observation chamber. At this moment, SCP-8000 is opened, letting out its highly pressurized gas as The D-Class subject stations himself a distance away from the blast. The D-Class subject starts to have convulsions and seizures as he starts to puss out a magenta mist.

Researcher ████: Em, this is Level Three Researcher ███████ ████ conducting several tests on SCP-8000’s properties and its effects on its instances.
Through visual recording, SCP-8000-1 is dosed with manestics, strapped to an armchair in the containment chamber. Outside the airlock doors, D Class subject █████ is awaiting further orders.
Researcher ████: Subject D-█████, please enter the containment chamber through the airlock ahead of you.
The first airtight steel door opens, allowing the D Class subject inside. The first door closes and pressurization begins, allowing the second door to open. D Class subject is hesitant to approach SCP-8000-1.
Researcher ████: Please approach the SCP subject. To the right of the subject, there is a tray of syringes. Please pick one and inject it into the subject.
D Class subject hesitates, but slowly makes his way towards the instance, glaring through the window to the observation chamber. At this moment, the D Class subject grabs the syringe and injects it into the subject. There is no movement.
Researcher ████: As noted, the normal human subject is experiences major biological changes both on the outside which includes skin, hair, and other as well as the inside, organs, muscle, bone, etc.
Researcher ████: However, SCP-8000-1 is completely ignorant to these effects and has not experienced any side effects. He very well is breathing in the air located in the containment chamber, and it is very clear that the vials that are located within SCP-8000 give immunity to these effects.
D-Class Subject: Doctor, he’s wa—
Researcher ████: With this, this concludes my thought process on SCP-8000 and its effects on -1 to -3 instances. I’ll fetch Joseph to secure the subject before he wa–
SCP-8000-1: Where did you get that?
Researcher ████ appears stunned, trying to talk but no words come out. They then attempt to dial security for a containment breach
SCP-8000-1: You. Orange man. I asked a question, darling. Where the fuck did you get that?
D-Class Subject: I-I don’t don’t know, it..it was the doctor!
Researcher ████: Don't get up from that chair you cunt!
SCP-8000-1: You know where it is, and you will lead me to it.
