To the Moon
By: [TimeStoneKeeper]

SCP-3812 had ascended above yet another reality, and he was beginning to ascend again. He heard that voice behind him, the yells of the Overvoid filling his head. He was going up again and again.
Upon ascending above another reality, he finally gained control and took one look below him. He saw a light approaching him. That can't be a light; 3812 was almost certain it was his schizophrenia kicking in. But the light looked like it was getting closer, and closer, and closer.
3812 began to ascend again, testing his schizophrenia. But the light kept moving forward. He heard a voice call out—a soft voice, like rain clearing up to make a sunny day.
"Sam," the voice said.
3812 kept ascending.
"Sam," the voice repeated.
3812 felt something on his face. He actually looked in front of him for once. There stood a glowing lady; she was beautiful, even in 3812’s eyes.
"Sam. You’ve done more than enough. You’ve suffered enough. Come. We can rest peacefully, together," the glowing lady said.
3812 began to ascend again, but no—he was descending. The lady kept her hands on his cheeks. 3812—no, Sam—was descending. Little by little, Sam felt the weight of the Overvoid lift off his shoulders. Sam looked at the lady again, and she just smiled.
They continued to descend. And Sam Howell saw the Moon: a glowing, beautiful rock. The Goddess took his hands, guiding him to it.
Sam Howell reached the Moon. He felt water coming from his eyes. Were these tears? Sam Howell closed his eyes, fading into peace where he could rest fully.
Sam Howell’s book was finished.
The Goddess ascended into a new, fresh book, free of the SCP Foundation. In this new story, Sam Howell lived a full life, and was peacefully buried.
