Special Containment Procedures: The entity is presently contained within an isolated extra-universal pocket dimension designed to inhibit the propagation of its anomalous properties. Under no circumstances is dimensional access to be granted without prior authorization from an O5 Council member.
All photographic, videographic, or otherwise reproducible visual documentation of SCP-9054’s appearance is strictly prohibited absent direct O5 approval.
Interaction with SCP-9054 is prohibited except in scenarios classified as extreme by the O5 Council. Under no circumstances are hostile, coercive, or violent actions to be directed toward SCP-9054.
MCLCM1 Protocol shall be enacted upon confirmation or suspicion of unauthorized dissemination of visual media depicting SCP-9054. The protocol consists of the following mandatory actions:

Description: SCP-9054 (formerly Rina Hoshikawa) is a 17-year-old human female. Current measured height is approximately 1.64 m; body mass measurement is approximately 50 kg.
Despite its associated anomalous properties, SCP-9054 displays no observable physiological abnormalities, presenting as an otherwise baseline human subject. Numerous scar formations of varying age are present across multiple regions of the body; the origin of these markings is assumed to be domestic abuse. At the time of containment, SCP-9054 maintained an active public occupation as a Japanese pop-idol inside another universe.
Exposure to SCP-9054 induces a persistent memetic cognitohazard in human observers. The effect manifests upon any visual perception of SCP-9054, including:
- Direct line-of-sight observation
- Videographic footage
- Still photography
- Any captured image in which SCP-9054 is present, regardless of clarity, resolution, or degree of obscuration.
Notably, non-photographic reproductions, including hand-drawn illustrations, stylized artistic interpretations, and AI-generated images, do not carry the memetic vector, even when highly accurate or near-identical to SCP-9054’s appearance.
Subjects exposed to SCP-9054’s memetic influence adopt behaviors consistent with long-term parasocial fan attachment to SCP-9054, including voluntary financial expenditure, schedule reorganization, and reflexive defense of SCP-9054’s public image.
In the absence of continued exposure to SCP-9054’s memetic trigger, all documented behavioral effects exhibit a natural dissipation period of approximately 120 days. Following this interval, affected individuals no longer demonstrate compulsive support behaviors nor self-identify as long-term admirers of SCP-9054.
Residual effects are limited to non-anomalous memory retention: subjects retain full recollection of actions, preferences, and emotional states experienced while under SCP-9054’s influence, but do not express renewed interest or attachment. No secondary compulsions or lingering cognitive distortions have been observed post-decay.
Discovery: SCP-9054 was discovered in ██/██/████, located at ████████, Japan. According to affected individuals, SCP-9054 was having a concert at that time. Dr Brighton, the first person to break from SCP-9054's memetic effect, identified his experience as a Memetic Cognitohazard caused by SCP-9054(according to his memory). Following a four-month period of internal memetic contamination, foundation operation returned to baseline and transferred all affected individuals and SCP-9054 into another dimension using SCP-6172 to contaminate her effect.
